Nice building in the north of Edmonton

Nice-looking building, well-maintained, close to many big box stores and specialty stores. Some issues with smoke and noise from neighbors, but mostly it is a calm building with friendly owners and renters.

WORST MANAGEMENT EVER

The visitor parking rule is so stupid, I get a ticket if a park there for 5-10 minutes if I have to run quickly upstairs. Also no storing stuff underground is so dumb. The visitor parking rules should be changed because this is ridiculous.
